### **Article 1: Scope**
These terms govern sales by the company **STYLE MEN**, headquartered with its factory in Casablanca, Morocco. These conditions apply to all sales concluded via our website or communication channels.

### **Article 2: Products**
The products offered are men’s shoes manufactured in our own factory in Casablanca.
* **Handcrafted Quality:** As our products are hand-finished, slight variations (leather color, texture) may exist compared to photos. This proves authenticity and is not a defect.
* **Availability:** Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock.

### **Article 3: Pricing**
Product prices are indicated in **Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)** including all taxes.
STYLE MEN reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

### **Article 4: Orders**
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order confirmation entails acceptance of the operations carried out. A summary of your order information will be communicated to you via WhatsApp or Email.

### **Article 5: Payment**
Payment for purchases is made exclusively via **Cash on Delivery (COD)**.
The customer agrees to pay the full amount to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package.

### **Article 6: Delivery**
Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the ordering process.
* **Zone:** Morocco only.
* **Timeframes:** 24h to 48h for major cities, up to 4 days for remote areas.
* **Inspection:** The customer has the right to open the package in the presence of the delivery agent to verify the order before payment.

### **Article 7: Exchanges & Returns**
In accordance with our commercial policy:
1. The customer has **48 hours** after receipt to report a sizing issue or defect.
2. Exchanges are accepted only if the product has never been worn outdoors and is in its original packaging.
3. Return/Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (usually 35 MAD), except in cases of error on our part (wrong model or manufacturing defect).

### **Article 8: Governing Law**
These conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
